01Operator and contact
FnWave is the operating name for this website and ReaHanson. Contact fnwavesupport@gmail.com for licensing, purchases, support or policy questions.
ReaHanson is independently developed. It has no affiliation with, or endorsement from, Cockos Incorporated, the developer of REAPER.
02Software license
ReaHanson is a desktop tool for sound search, library management, project previews and REAPER workflows. You purchase permission to use the software, not ownership of it.
The Full Version is a one-time purchase of a perpetual license, not an automatically renewing subscription. A single license allows use on one computer at a time. The two-license plan includes two Licenses, each subject to the same limit. Personal and commercial creative work is allowed; sharing, reselling or renting keys is not.
Included versions, features and update rights follow the product description and order at purchase. A perpetual license does not promise every future major version or third-party service for free. Additional paid items require a separate purchase decision.
03Purchases and delivery
See Pricing for plans. The checkout shows the final amount, currency and applicable taxes. For purchases through Paddle, Paddle is the seller handling payment, tax, receipts and refunds; its Buyer Terms also govern the transaction.
Licenses are delivered to the email supplied with the order. Use an accessible address and keep your key private. A free trial is not a paid license. Purchase entries that are not open do not collect payment. Refund requests follow our Refund Policy and applicable Paddle rules.
04Your content, AI and other services
You retain your rights in your assets and projects and must have permission to use the audio, video, plugins and other content you supply. The license does not include commercial sound libraries, a REAPER license or online AI fees.
Online AI uses your configured provider and model, subject to that provider's terms, charges and data practices. AI output can be wrong. Check the target and back up your work before DAW actions, metadata writes or batch file changes.
05Restrictions and intellectual property
Intellectual property remains with FnWave or the relevant rights holders. Do not resell, sublicense, rent or distribute the software or its keys, remove or alter copyright, branding or licensing notices, or decompile, reverse-engineer or attempt to obtain its source code. These restrictions do not prohibit activities expressly allowed by applicable law.
Do not infringe others' rights, bypass license protection or use the software unlawfully.
06Updates and support
We may provide fixes, improvements and updates, but do not promise an unreleased feature, a fixed release schedule or indefinite support. Any update or support entitlement explicitly agreed at purchase remains valid.
If we discontinue a product or service, we will make reasonable efforts to assist existing customers. This does not reduce agreed rights for completed orders, our refund commitment or statutory rights.
07Warranties and liability
The software is supplied in its delivered condition and as available. Where lawful, we give no additional guarantees of merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose or non-infringement, or of uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every hardware, plugin, REAPER or operating-system version. Back up files and projects before making changes.
Where lawful, FnWave is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including resulting loss of data, projects, profit or revenue. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to a product is generally limited to the amount you actually paid for that product. This cap does not apply to liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
These provisions do not exclude remedies for defects or misdescription, our Refund Policy or any non-waivable consumer rights.
08License termination
We may terminate a license for a material breach where lawful. After termination or completion of a refund, stop using the affected paid license and delete the corresponding paid copies; a separately permitted free trial is unaffected. Intellectual property, use restrictions and liability provisions that lawfully remain applicable continue after termination.
09Policies and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains personal information processing; our Refund Policy explains refund requests. Updates are dated and do not retroactively reduce agreed rights for completed orders. Both languages are intended to have the same meaning. Contact us about ambiguities; a translation must not reduce statutory rights.
